Morella Machado is a member of the Howard Morrel Team at Compass Real Estate. The team has completed well over $2 Billion in real estate transactions and is ranked #11 by The Wall Street Journal. Morella specializes in luxury co-op, condominium, townhouse, multifamily, and investment property sales throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn. She represents a diverse clientele of international real estate investors and local residents. Morella has a strong passion for real estate which translates into her being up to date with market trends, new developments, and neighborhoods news. Morella has lived in London, São Paulo, Paris, and Caracas before settling in New York with her family for the past 17 years. Her diverse background sets her apart by being able to connect with international clients at a deeper level. She is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and French.

As a co-op owner involved with her co-op board, Morella has the first-hand experience which is a benefit for both buyer and seller clients. Her experience ensures that buyer clients can easily navigate the board approval and interview process. As a seller’s agent Morella and her team have a proven track record in marketing, that ensures maximum exposure and she knows how to properly qualify prospective buyers to ensure a successful closing for her seller clients.

In her free time, aside from spending time with family and friends, Morella works on philanthropic initiatives. A 501c3 non-profit organization where she is founder and president, “For A Brighter Venezuela” provides humanitarian aid to thousands of children across Venezuela. She also serves on the board of “Guerreros Azules”, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting children with type 1 diabetes, and she is an active member of the Dwight School and Convent of the Sacred Heart.
