Howard was the best real estate agent we could have asked for! He showed us a lot of houses and was very honest about the condition of the house; both the positive and negative aspects of each house. He has been in real estate for a long time and has a ton of experience buying, selling, and flipping properties. Howard has a good eye and was able to tell us which houses were over- and under-priced. He was also able to give us ideas about how we could renovate the homes to fit our needs. He helped us buy our first house and did a really good job explaining various systems within the house to us, explaining what was going on during the home inspection, and he even stopped by after the closing to say hi. We have already shared Howard's business card with all of our friends and we will be contacting him if we ever decide to move again.

Not only did Leslie quickly help us determine that we wanted to live uptown, but she guided us through the different nuances of the neighborhoods. She also guided us to other professionals lenders, attorneys, contractors, insurance agents since we had yet to form any of those relationships here on our own.
